SHIPPING POLICY

PXd Hobbies is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
PXD HOBBIES SHIPPING
PXd Hobbies delivers to the following countries:
United States
Canada
PXd Hobbies orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, PXd Hobbies will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may depend on the size and dimensions of the package and the place of delivery of the order and will be shown and calculated in the payment screen.
Users will be able to get free shipping as a reward due to the points system. Free shipping will be applied at the time of placing the order and completing the payment process.
PXd Hobbies may on some occasions and as a result of offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase on the website.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
1 - 3 business days.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

Please note that in-stock items ordered with pre-orders will not be shipped until all items are available.
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.
DELAYS
PXd Hobbies is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, PXd Hobbies is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
PXd Hobbies will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
PXd Hobbies recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. PXd Hobbies is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
CUSTOMS TAX
Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own country's policy on importing goods, as we are unable to provide this for you.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment PXd Hobbies makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.
Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been 14 days since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Full name of the person who placed the order.
Order number.
Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
PXd Hobbies reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
To request a return please send us your request through our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged and you need to exchange the product for the same or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information. Only in these cases we will assume the value of the shipment. In case you request a refund, the value of the shipment will also be refunded.
The application must contain the following:
Full name of the person who placed the order.
Order number.
Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.
